The Hands-on Method.

1. Use a tape measure, strip, or piece of paper.
2. Wrap the tape or paper around the finger that you wish to have your ring on.
3. If using the tape measure, you can refer length to the closest size chart above.
4. If using paper, lay the paper down on the flat surface and measure the length with a ruler to match with the size chart above.

Measure an Existing Ring.

1. Use the ring that already fits your finger perfectly.
2. Use a tape measure or a ruler to measure the interior diameter of the existing ring in millimeters (mm.).
3. You can refer the interior diameters to the closest size chart above.
